Contract: Fixed term for 1 year

You’ll give direct support to individuals with mental health and learning difficulties. Your aim will be to help clients access services, manage their debt and navigate the often confusing world of benefits and welfare support.

The main purpose of the role is:

Build relationships with clients through phone, video calls, email, or in-person meetings.
Tailor your approach to each person’s needs, making sure they feel comfortable.
Help clients understand how to deal with debt.
Record all your advice and actions clearly in our system.


About You:
You’re kind, patient, and an excellent listener. You understand the unique needs and challenges our clients face. You’re also organised and detail-oriented with a passion for helping others.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and over the phone.
Manage your time well, even when things get busy.
Be flexible and understanding, ready to adapt your approach for each client.
Be comfortable using computers and various online systems.
